Silent Sauna
Every Saturday and Sunday, 4pm - 5pm
Our silent sauna sessions offer guests the opportunity to sauna in complete silence, for a deeply restorative, meditative experience.
Women's Sauna
Every Thursday, 7pm - 8pm
A women-only sauna session - perfect for connecting with friends or switching off from the pressures of everyday life.
Men's Sauna
Every Friday, 7pm - 8pm
A men-only session - perfect for connecting with friends or switching off from the pressures of everyday life.
