Sána Gaeilge is our monthly sauna as Gaeilge, held on the first Sunday of every month from 5pm to 6pm. Whether you're fluent or just have a cúpla focal, come along and enjoy the heat and the cold plunge through Irish.

When does the sána gaeilge run in Galway?
Sána Gaeilge sessions at Mad Yolk Farm in Craughwell, Co. Galway run first sunday of every month, 5–6pm. Public sessions are about 50 minutes and cost €14 per person from 12pm to 5pm and €16 per person from 5pm to 9pm.

What sauna experiences do you offer?
We run a rotation of themed sauna experiences alongside our standard public sessions, including a silent sauna, a women's sauna and Sána Gaeilge — a monthly sauna in Irish. Each has its own night and feel.
What is the silent sauna?
The silent sauna is a public session where everyone agrees to stay quiet. No phones, no chat — just the heat, the fire and the cold plunge. It's a calm, meditative way to use the sauna.
What is the women's sauna?
Our women's sauna is a relaxed, women-only session every Thursday evening, 7–8pm. It's a comfortable space to unwind, sweat and take a cold plunge with up to nine other women.
What is Sána Gaeilge?
Sána Gaeilge is our sauna session in Irish, held on the first Sunday of every month from 5pm to 6pm. Fluent speakers and learners with a cúpla focal are all welcome — it's booked like any public session.

All themed sauna experiences are booked through our website like a normal public session. Pick the experience you want, choose a date, and you're in.
