Our Women's Sauna is a relaxed, women-only session held every Thursday evening. It's a comfortable, welcoming space to unwind, sweat, and take a cold plunge with up to nine other women.

Women's Sauna pricing & availability
When does the women's sauna run in Galway?
Women's Sauna sessions at Mad Yolk Farm in Craughwell, Co. Galway run every thursday, 7–8pm. Public sessions are about 50 minutes and cost €14 per person from 12pm to 5pm and €16 per person from 5pm to 9pm.

What sauna experiences do you offer?
We run a rotation of themed sauna experiences alongside our standard public sessions, including a silent sauna, a women's sauna and a men's sauna. Each has its own night and feel.
What is the silent sauna?
The silent sauna is a public session where everyone agrees to stay quiet. No phones, no chat — just the heat, the fire and the cold plunge. It's a calm, meditative way to use the sauna.

All themed sauna experiences are booked through our website like a normal public session. Pick the experience you want, choose a date, and you're in.
