1. About these terms

This website is operated by Mad Yolk Farm (“we”, “us”, “our”). By browsing the site, booking a sauna session, buying a gift card or membership, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page, and continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.

2. Bookings & payment

Sauna sessions, memberships and gift cards are booked and paid for through this website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.

A booking is only confirmed once payment has been completed. You will receive a confirmation email with your session details and a link to manage your booking.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time, but the price you pay is the price shown when you complete your booking.

3. Cancellations, reschedules & refunds

You can reschedule or cancel a booking yourself using the manage-booking link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before your session receive a full refund or a free change of time. Within 24 hours of the session we are unlikely to be able to refill the slot, so refunds and changes cannot be guaranteed.

Where a refund is due it is returned to your original payment method and may take a few days to appear.

4. Gift cards & session bundles

Gift cards and session bundles are sold as a code redeemable for a set number of public sauna sessions. The code can be entered at checkout when booking.

Gift cards and bundles are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sessions are redeemed against availability and are subject to these terms.

5. Memberships

A sauna membership is a monthly subscription that covers one person for public sauna sessions, Thursday to Monday. Members must reserve each session in advance through their account.

Membership covers the member only — additional guests are booked and paid for separately. Memberships can be paused or cancelled at any time from your account; pausing stops future billing until you resume.

6. Using the sauna — safety & conduct

The minimum age to use our facilities is 16 when accompanied by an adult, and 18 otherwise. Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your session so you are ready to start on time.

Bring two towels, drinking water, footwear suitable for the water area, and swimwear. Please follow any instructions given by our staff and respect other guests sharing the session.

Sauna use carries normal health risks. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, low or high blood pressure, or any other medical concern, please seek medical advice before using the sauna or cold plunge. You use the facilities at your own risk.

7. Events

Events in our Event Space are listed on the website with their own dates, times and any pricing. Events may occasionally be changed or cancelled — where that happens we will do our best to give as much notice as possible.

8. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep our facilities safe and our information accurate, but we cannot accept liability for loss, injury or damage except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Personal information

Any personal information you give us — when booking, creating an account or contacting us — is used only to provide our services to you and is handled in line with applicable data protection law. We do not sell your information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
