Our wood-fired sauna is located right at the heart of our working farm. Kept at an average temperature of 90 degrees, it can seat up to 10 people and sessions are 50 minutes long, giving you plenty of time to soak in the heat. We have changing facilities, two cold plunge pools, a cold shower and drinking water available for sauna users. The perfect way to relax in the peace of the Galway countryside.
