Our Men's Sauna is a men-only session every Friday evening — the perfect way to wind down the working week with wood-fired heat, a bracing cold plunge, and good company.

When does the men's sauna run in Galway?
Men's Sauna sessions at Mad Yolk Farm in Craughwell, Co. Galway run every friday, 7–8pm. Public sessions are about 50 minutes and cost €14 per person from 12pm to 5pm and €16 per person from 5pm to 9pm.

What sauna experiences do you offer?
We run a rotation of themed sauna experiences alongside our standard public sessions, including a silent sauna, a women's sauna and a men's sauna. Each has its own night and feel.
What is the silent sauna?
The silent sauna is a public session where everyone agrees to stay quiet. No phones, no chat — just the heat, the fire and the cold plunge. It's a calm, meditative way to use the sauna.
What is the women's sauna?
Our women's sauna is a relaxed, women-only session every Thursday evening, 7–8pm. It's a comfortable space to unwind, sweat and take a cold plunge with up to nine other women.
What is the men's sauna?
The men's sauna is a men-only session every Friday evening, 7–8pm. It's a straightforward hour of wood-fired heat and cold plunge to reset for the weekend.
How do I book a sauna experience?
All themed sauna experiences are booked through our website like a normal public session. Pick the experience you want, choose a date, and you're in.
