The Life of Brian
Hi, My name is Brian. I'm the Main Mad Yolk behind the scenes curating, building, dreaming & farming. I'm a first generation farmer. Born and raised in Galway city. In 2020 my journey into farming began when I enrolled on an intensive 8 week internship in Sweden run by Richard Perkins. Life has brought me to where I am today. Living & working through the land. I envision a life for myself & my team & my community that is interwoven between the land & each other. It's my ambition to create a platform on the farm for people to connect, thrive & live.
