The minimum age to use our facilities is 16 when accompanied by an adult and 18 otherwise.
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 8 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Yes, we have ample changing facilities making for a comforting experience
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
our sauna has a maximum capacity of 10 people.
The slots in the sauna are 45-55 minutes long. You can use that time to use the sauna and cold plunge as many times as you like.
Yes, the sauna is cleaned between groups. Furthermore, due to the high temperatures and good ventilation, saunas are a very hygienic place.
Yes, the cold plunge water is changed regularly to ensure a fresh experience.
